How it works

How care packs work

These packs stay simple on purpose: prepaid visits, scheduled around availability, and still subject to review before Brissart confirms the service fit.

Visits are prepaid

The pack covers the bundled number of visits shown on this page, not an ongoing open-ended weekly schedule.

Scheduling is based on availability

Brissart still schedules approved visits according to route availability, season timing, and service fit.

Residential pools only

These packs are intended for residential pools inside the Brissart launch area and approval framework.

Final approval still matters

Pool condition, chemistry needs, features, and service area can still affect whether a request fits the standard pack structure.

Extra work may require review

If a pool needs work outside normal pack scope, Brissart may recommend review, a different service path, or a separate quote.

Related service

Looking for ongoing weekly care instead?

If you want a more consistent recurring structure instead of prepaid bundled visits, Brissart also offers weekly maintenance options for ongoing residential pool care.

This page focuses on prepaid bundled visits. Weekly service stays separate so homeowners can choose the right care model.

Approval factors

What may affect final pricing

Prepaid care packs still need a clear review of the pool and service fit before approval. These are the factors Brissart checks most often.

Pool type

Inground or above-ground layout may affect pack fit, handling, and approval.

Estimated gallons / pool size

Pool size helps Brissart judge whether the pack matches the pool and expected chemistry demand.

Water condition

Unstable water, cloudiness, or algae pressure may require a different path than a standard prepaid pack.

Heavy debris

Heavy leaves or debris can change whether a pool fits standard care pack scope.

Water type

Chlorine, salt, or Baquacil systems may affect chemistry handling and review before approval.

Filter type

Sand, cartridge, and DE systems can influence service recommendations and overall care fit.

Attached spa or extra water features

Spas, fountains, or added features can increase care complexity beyond standard pack expectations.

Equipment complexity

Automation, added equipment, or unusual system layouts may require manual review.

Travel outside standard service area

Zone 3 and outside-area requests may require manual review and travel adjustments.

Special requests

Non-standard needs or extra requests may be reviewed separately before pack approval.

Manual review

Manual review may be required

Some prepaid care pack requests may require manual review before final approval. This usually applies to pools with unstable water, heavy debris, attached spas, unusual equipment, special chemistry needs, access limitations, or service requests outside our standard area.

Travel fees may apply outside our standard service area.

  • Manual review protects pack fit before Brissart confirms the prepaid visit structure.
  • Zone 3 and outside-area care pack requests may be reviewed case by case.

Service area

Current service area framework

Brissart currently uses a zone-based service area structure for prepaid care pack requests. Zone 1 and Zone 2 follow standard quote behavior. Zone 3 and outside-area requests may require added review.

Zone 1

Standard service area

Standard quote flow and standard approval rules apply.

Zone 2

North and South Zone 2

Standard quote flow still applies. Brissart currently uses one public Zone 2 label for both directions.

Zone 3

Manual review required

Prepaid care pack requests in Zone 3 may require review before approval. Additional travel charges may apply.

Outside standard service area

Case-by-case only

Requests outside Brissart standard coverage are not guaranteed and are reviewed individually.

Travel fees may apply outside our standard service area.

FAQ

Questions homeowners usually ask

Quick answers for common monthly care pack questions before you request bundled prepaid support.

What is the difference between the 2-Visit Care Pack and the 4-Visit Care Pack?

The main difference is how many prepaid visits are bundled together. The 4-Visit Care Pack gives homeowners stronger monthly support and a better effective visit value.

How are prepaid care packs different from weekly maintenance?

Care packs are bundled prepaid visits. Weekly maintenance is a more open-ended recurring service structure built around ongoing weekly care.

Do you work on above-ground and inground pools?

Yes. Brissart works on residential inground and above-ground pools, subject to service fit, condition, and service-area review.

Does every care pack request get approved immediately?

No. Some requests need manual review first, especially if there is unstable water, heavy debris, a spa, unusual equipment, or extended travel.

What if my pool needs more work than the pack covers?

Brissart can review the request manually and confirm whether a different service path, added work, or a separate quote is a better fit.
