Approval factors
Final approval is designed to reduce confusion, not create surprises. These are the main factors Brissart reviews before confirming the job.
Inground or above-ground configuration may affect setup, handling, and final review.
Tier is based on estimated gallonage, which drives the starting price structure.
Green or unstable water conditions may require more review or added service scope.
Heavy leaves, debris load, or cleanup needs may affect approval and final scope.
Spas, fountains, or added water features can increase complexity and review needs.
Multiple pumps, unusual equipment, or access limitations may change final approval.
Zone 3 and outside-area requests may require manual review and travel adjustments.
Non-standard tasks or extra requests may be reviewed and approved separately.
Manual review
Some opening requests may require manual review before final approval. This usually applies to pools with green water, heavy debris, attached spas, unusual features, access limitations, or service requests outside our standard area.
Travel fees may apply outside our standard service area.
